Did something go wrong with the technology in a Flex room? While frustrating in the moment, most issues can easily and quickly be resolved.
For urgent and immediate assistance, please contact the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at x4357 or 1-630-466-4357. A TAC representative can walk through the problem with you on the phone or visit the classroom within 15 minutes.
For non-urgent assistance, please contact the Office of Faculty Development and Engagement directly at facultydae@waubonsee.edu, fill out a 1:1 Support Form, or review the FDAE site for helpful suggestions.
