
General Help and Support
Did something go wrong with the technology in a Flex room? While frustrating in the moment, most issues can easily and quickly be resolved.
Our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) offers a variety of support options:
- For urgent requests, call 630-466-7900 ext 4357 (HELP). A TAC representative can walk through the problem with you on the phone or visit the classroom within 15 minutes.
- For non-urgent requests, use ServiceDesk.
- For low-priority and non-urgent requests email tac@waubonsee.edu
For training, please contact the Division of Teaching and Learning directly at facultydae@waubonsee.edu, fill out a 1:1 Training Request Form, or review the Faculty Development site for helpful suggestions.
