Sync Online courses are a combination of course instruction and student participation occurring synchronously online through a video conferencing platform (such as Zoom) on the scheduled days and times for the course. This allows students to engage with faculty and peers in real-time. Instruction can also occur Online (asynchronously), through Canvas.Β

- Lecture/Lab meetings are 100% synchronous via Zoom during scheduled days and times.
Even Split
- Lecture/Lab meetings are 50% synchronous and 50% asynchronous.
Sync Focus
- Lecture/Lab meetings are 2/3 synchronous and 1/3 asynchronous.
Partial Sync
- Lecture/Lab meetings are 1/3 synchronous and 2/3 asynchronous.
